Sussex Grange Sweeps the Board at the West Sussex Care Accolades 2026

Sussex Grange is celebrating an extraordinary night of success after taking home four major honours at the prestigious West Sussex Care Accolades 2026, recognising excellence across the county’s adult social care sector.

The awards, organised by West Sussex Partners in Care, celebrate the outstanding individuals and teams making a difference across care services in West Sussex. This year, Sussex Grange emerged as one of the evening’s standout providers, with wins spanning leadership, innovation, teamwork and frontline care excellence.

Sussex Grange received the folowing awards:

• Care Team Award - Sussex Grange Care Home

• Best Practice Award - Sophie Hare, Operations Director

• Registered Manager Award (Highly Commended) - Corinna Forsdike, Home Care Registered Manager

Speaking following the awards ceremony, Sussex Grange owner, Dr Tom Jameson, said:

The Care Team Award recognised the exceptional standards, teamwork and supportive environment created within the Sussex Grange Residential Care Home in Selsey, while the Best Practice Award celebrated Director Sophie Hare’s leadership and commitment to driving high-quality, innovative care practices throughout the organisation.

Corinna Forsdike’s Registered Manager Highly Commended award highlighted her outstanding leadership within Sussex Grange Home Care, where she has built a trusted, compassionate and highly regarded service for clients and families across the local community.

Meanwhile, Luna Crossley’s Highly Commended Carer Award acknowledged the compassion, professionalism and genuine difference she makes to the lives of those she supports every day, not to mention how she fundraised in her own time to provide warm blankets and woolly socks for those she cared for last winter.
