Community Care Field Supervisor
Ready to take the next step in your care career?
We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Field Care Supervisor to help lead and support our fantastic Home Care team.
This is a hands-on role combining care delivery with team leadership, client oversight and the opportunity to make a REAL difference to people in YOUR local community.

Passionate about great care? You’ll continue delivering care while supporting a small team of Care Professionals to be their very best.

Ready to develop? You’ll gain experience in supervision, coaching, care planning, risk assessments and quality oversight, with training and ongoing support from our management team.

Already have leadership experience? Great! We’d love you to bring your skills, ideas and experience to a supportive team where kindness and quality really matter.

You’ll need previous care experience, a full driving licence and a flexible, positive “can do” attitude. Previous supervisory experience is welcomed but not essential for the right person.

Looking for a weekend job that fits around your life?
Whether you’d like 5 to 20 hours a weekend, on alternate weekends or every weekend — the choice is yours. Shifts typically run 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm, so there’s flexibility to suit your other commitments.
