Community Care Field Supervisor

Ready to take the next step in your care career?

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Field Care Supervisor to help lead and support our fantastic Home Care team.

This is a hands-on role combining care delivery with team leadership, client oversight and the opportunity to make a REAL difference to people in YOUR local community.

  • Passionate about great care? You’ll continue delivering care while supporting a small team of Care Professionals to be their very best.

  • Ready to develop? You’ll gain experience in supervision, coaching, care planning, risk assessments and quality oversight, with training and ongoing support from our management team.

  • Already have leadership experience? Great! We’d love you to bring your skills, ideas and experience to a supportive team where kindness and quality really matter.

You’ll need previous care experience, a full driving licence and a flexible, positive “can do” attitude. Previous supervisory experience is welcomed but not essential for the right person.

Weekend Community Care Professional

Looking for a weekend job that fits around your life?

Whether you’d like 5 to 20 hours a weekend, on alternate weekends or every weekend — the choice is yours. Shifts typically run 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm, so there’s flexibility to suit your other commitments.

This is your chance to make a REAL difference to people in YOUR local community.
