Care Professional - Full Time (37 hours)
Social care experience? Nice, but not necessary! We've got top-notch resources to support and guide you. Plus, we'll kickstart your journey with your first formal social care qualification, with endless opportunities for further development.
Ever cared for a loved one? Felt the impact of receiving care? Your empathy and desire to make a difference are what we value most. And if you've got prior professional experience in care, you're more than welcome! Your skills and expertise will only enrich our team.
Most of all, we’re looking for someone with the right values (Kindness. professionalism and Compassion) and the rest we can teach you!
The Role
Fancy being a social care superhero? That's exactly what you'll become to our beloved elderly residents. Your role will be pivotal to supporting our lovely residents to meet their needs as part of the team on shift. From pop-by checks to ensure the residents are Ok, intimate personal care and light domestic duties around the care home to activities and companionship, you'll be there every step of the way.
Looking for Career Prospects?
Initially we are looking for a Level 1 carer to join our team, however, there is an option to increase with additional training and responsibilities to a Level 2 carer.
