Our ancillary team plays a vital role in supporting our care services. By keeping our environment clean, safe, and well-fed, they allow our carers to focus on delivering person-centred care. We have ongoing opportunities in:

Supper Cook

Hours: 2pm – 7pm, four days per week

We’re looking for a Supper / Tea-Time Cook to join our warm and friendly team, helping prepare light homemade meals and snacks for our lovely residents.

This role is all about simple, comforting food made with care. We’re not looking for the next Jamie Oliver — just someone who enjoys being in the kitchen and takes pride in serving homemade light meals, teas, and snacks that make people smile.

You’ll be cooking for around 20–30 residents, providing easy evening meals and baked treats in a relaxed, supportive environment.

About the Role:

  • Preparing light suppers and tea-time snacks

  • Baking simple homemade treats

  • Keeping the kitchen clean and organised

  • Following basic food hygiene practices

  • Creating meals residents look forward to

About You:

  • A genuine love for cooking is essential (doesn’t need to be professional!)

  • Enjoys baking and preparing homemade food

  • Takes pride in what they serve

  • Friendly, reliable, and happy working independently

  • Passionate about making a difference through food
