International Day of Yoga

Do you know any great yoga moves? Neither do we! Join us as we learn some gentle chair stretches and moves to celebrate International Yoga Day. It will be beneficial for all of us and a fun way to improve our well-being together.  If nothing else, you can laugh at us!!

This activity takes place approximately 11am but as with all day care sessions guests are invited from 9am and can stay up until 6pm and enjoy home prepared meals and our communal facilities.

Our Day Care option in the care home provides flexibility for people who want to make the most of our facilities and activities whilst visiting for the day. This is a popular choice for anyone living alone who wants to meet new people, establish friendships, and enjoy a nourishing meal.
