Personal Home Care (Domiciliary Care)

At Sussex Grange Personal Home Care we provide a flexible service that delivers the help you need as and when you need it.
By offering help with a wide variety of services it is intended that you will be able to call one trusted number to find a solution to all of your day-to-day needs.

Services we offer

We provide assistance with a wide variety of activities including:

  • personal care
  • shopping
  • pension collection
  • repeat prescriptions
  • housework
  • garden work
  • home maintenance

Home From Hospital
We understand that many people feel very vulnerable when they are discharged from hospital.
We can escort you home from local hospitals and ensure that you have the provisions and care package that you need when you get home.
Subject to room availability you may want to have a short respite stay with us – after which we can still help you home if you wish.

Focus on you

Our clients are always our central point of focus. We recognise that everybody is different and that we all like things to be done in different ways.

We will therefore start out by listening to your needs and then, if you would like to use our Personal Home Care service, we will work with you to draw up a plan for the services that you require.

And, if your needs change, we will be happy to change the service we are providing to suit you.
