 Care Co-Ordinator

  • The central focus of the role is to write the weekly rota for our team of carers who currently deliver about 500 hours of care each week – although this figure is expected to rise.
  • The rotas are written and managed using a software package called People Planner / Mobizio.  Previous experience using People Planner / Mobizio is not required, however you should be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Other key aspects of the coordinator role include:
      • Communicating with clients and staff to support the smooth running of our service.
      • Supporting the Community Care Team with effective office administration, and efficient data recording and processing.
  • This could be a combination of an office-based and carer role.

Hours:  Part-time or full-time

Contract:  Permanent

Salary:  £18,700 per year, pro rata

Care Supervisor

  • This is primarily a community-based role.
  • The purpose of this role is to work with and supervise a team of carers supporting vulnerable adults in the community.
  • Key aspects of the role include:
      • Enabling our clients to feel safe, secure, comfortable and happy in their own homes.
      • Providing formal supervision of those directly line managed
      • Supporting, monitoring & reviewing clients
      • Carrying the On-Call phone, and supporting care staff or clients when on-call
      • Supporting new and existing staff with their training
      • Supporting the Community Care Team with effective office administration, and efficient data recording and processing

Care Support Worker

  • This is primarily a community-based role.
  • The purpose of this role is to support vulnerable adults in the community.
  • Key aspects of the role include:
      • Enabling our clients to feel safe, secure, comfortable and happy in their own homes.
      • Supporting our clients to make their own choices and maintain their independence.
      • Providing personal care and support as needed.
